1. Who we are
Furloop ("we", "us", "our") operates the online store at furloop.shop. These Terms of Service apply to everyone who visits the store or buys from it. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Our store runs on Shopify.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

3. Products
We sell toys and accessories for cats. We try to show colors, sizes and features as accurately as possible, but small differences can occur. Our toys are designed for supervised play: check them regularly and replace them if they become worn or damaged.

4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in your local currency where available and may change without notice. Bundle discounts are applied automatically at checkout. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers; we never store your full card details.

5. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price was shown in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we'll refund you in full.

6. Shipping
Delivery times and countries are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered.

7. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which does not limit your legal rights as a consumer.

8. Accuracy of information
We may correct errors in descriptions, prices or availability at any time. Product information on the store is for general information only.

9. Reviews and content you send us
If you send us reviews, photos or videos, you confirm they are your own and truthful, and you allow us to show them on our store and social media. We may remove content that is offensive, unlawful or misleading.

10. Intellectual property
The Furloop name, logo and all content on this store belong to us or are used with permission. You may not use them without our written consent.

11. Prohibited use
You may not use the store for unlawful purposes, to interfere with its operation, or to infringe the rights of others.

12. Third-party links and services
The store may include links to, or use, third-party services. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the store or our products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

16. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring claims before your local courts.
